A beautiful house of 80 sqm with a private garden used by the two residences (180 sqm) and a path that takes directly on the sea, situated in a strategic position, on the northern seaside of Termoli (Clean Sea Village), in front of the sea, just 5 minutes from the center and from the boarding to the Tremiti Islands.

It was completely renovated in 2014 with the highest level finishing and equipped with all comforts, located in a quiet residence, made with prestigious materials, soundproof and elegantly furnished.

The propriety is composed by a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, a bathroom with large shower and a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.

The living room overlooking the sea, furnished with a table, chairs and kitchen (including appliances, tableware and all necessary), in which you can dine and relax while enjoying a wonderful sea view.

A large retractable glass windows create an open space between indoors and outdoors allowing you to live in close contact with the pristine nature of the beach.

It has air-conditioning in each room, television, an alarm system and assigned parking spaces.

The gorgeous garden with direct contact to the beach is furnished with sun loungers and outdoor sofas for relaxing,to spend hours in a quiet private environment but always in contact with the sea. Furthermore it has also an outdoors dining area complete with gazebo, barbecue, chairs and tables allowing to share special moments.
